Balance

Just as for an individual at the microcosmic level, or the geographical Mill site at the macrocosm level, so this website seeks to present a balanced perspective.  There is a tension between being too serious and too flippant, between too spiritually minded and caught up in basic physical survival, between being too orthodox or traditional and too unorthodox and New Age, between stuck in historical heritage and too futuristically alarmist.  There needs to be a balance in ALL things.

Respect

If you visit these pages with strong preconceived ideas you will find them uncomfortable in the extreme.  If you respect the views of others, as you would like your own views respected and understood, then these pages will open up new vistas, ideas and challenges.  There needs to be a respect for ALL things in creation as well as respect for each other and for self.
